With the aim to empower government agencies by developing their human resource management competencies, systems, and practices toward HR excellence, the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas will conduct a review and assessment of the evidence requirements of the four HR Systems of Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) with the assistance of Civil Service Commission personnel on July 28, 2022, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at CSDO conference room.
This activity aims to:
a. review and assess the evidence requirements of the four HR Systems of Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human
Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) and;
b. improve the accomplishment and preparation of the evidence requirements (ERs) based on the technical assistance provided by the CSC personnel during the audit.
Team leaders and select members of the four HR systems are expected to bring the hard copies of the necessary documents based on the list of ERs.
Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum to all concerned is earnestly desired.
