According to the Department of Health, Tuberculosis is one of the top Ten (10) Communicable Diseases of the Philippines. This is due to lack of awareness and stigma.
In this regard, the Dasmariñas Bantay TB Task Force, TB Treatment Partner Group League of TB Volunteers Inc., thru the effort of their CEO Mr. Edwin M. Candido, in coordination with the Department of Education, City Schools Division of Dasmariñas, Health and Nutrition Unit, will conduct activity regarding TB. The said activity will be on August 2016. This is to build awareness to each individual and to increase Cure Rate and Detection Rate of PTB.
