It is provided under Republic Act 9155 or the Governance of Basic Education Act of 2001 that schools division has authority, accountability and responsibility for developing and implementing division education development plans based on its own context and background. This can only be done if schools’ statistics and profile are intact, and are monitored periodically to ensure its validity and soundness.
