This office hereby advises all elementary schools to administer reading assessment to all pupils in all levels. Teacher can make use of the old PHIL-IRI passage or any assessment tool than can gauge the reading ability of the pupils both oral and silent.
Please use the PHIL-IRI template for the results. Submit the results by cluster through this email: cid.dasmacity@deped.gov.ph on or before July 28, 2017.
