This Office is commending the excellent performance showed by the CALABARZON Delegation for bagging the overall championship for eight years in a row happened in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan last March 9-13, 2020. Moreover, this Memorandum highlights the provision of the press release that the region’s NSPC and NFOT participants including our 41 delegates were declared cleared from any COVID-19 symptoms. However, all are still advised to stay at home until such time that the enhanced community quarantine is lifted.
A separate memorandum will be released to congratulate the winners from our Division.
