Attached herewith is DepEd Region 4-A Memorandum No.001 re: Regional Guidelines on Comprehensive Reading Policies. All School Administrators and English Teachers are mandated to adhere with the content of this Memorandum.
Likewise, all schools are required to have a Reading Program in accordance to what are stipulated in the attached memorandum.
