Relative to Regional Memorandum No. 438, s. 2021 titled Regional On/Offsite Monitoring of School Readiness and Opening of Classes scheduled on September 13-17, 2021 which aims to ensure that the learners are properly enrolled and address problems, queries, and other concerns commonly encountered by the public at the start of the year, and provide relevant and timely technical assistance to Schools Division Offices and Schools, all School Heads are enjoined to prepare the necessary documents for the on/offsite monitoring to be conducted by Dr. Eduarda M. Zapanta, Chief of the Education Support Services Division.
