On March 24, 2020, the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas issued a memorandum titled Postponement of Division Checking of Forms. It was clearly indicated that the checking will commence once the community quarantine is lifted which means face-to-face checking of forms is discouraged. The Division Checking Committee (DCC) decided not to pursue online checking because aside from prioritizing health and safety, the internet connection and the technicalities of the platform may become hindrance to the success of this activity. Further, it was clearly mentioned that “accomplishing all school forms and other similar reports is highly encouraged” but with a reminder that NO school personnel involved in the updating and checking of school forms is COMPELLED to accomplish any forms and report if that will be detrimental on his/her part.
