Relative to memorandum dated August 31, 2018 and January 8, 2019 re: Procedure in Processing of GSIS Loan Applications, the field is reminded of the requirements for the confirmation of GSIS Loan
Applications as follows:
1. Scanned Verified True Copy or original copy of latest payslip signed by School Head
(PDF file format)
2. Picture of loan details thru GWAPS kiosk/Tentative Loan Computation from GSIS The borrowers are also advised to strictly observe authenticity in the submission of payslips through email to designated Verifiers and are reminded that dishonesty and falsification of official documents are grounds for disciplinary action.
