With the rising number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 pandemic in the Philippines and adherent to existing government policies and safety measures against the spread of the virus, this Division Office shall fully impose the guidelines stipulated in DepEd Task Force Covid-19 Memorandum No. 21, s. 2020.
Relevant to this, all elementary and secondary schools in this Division are directed to accomplish and to submit the COVID-19 Reporting Form DAILY through email at ruel.docot@deped.gov.ph.
Enclosed is a copy of DepEd Task Force Covid-19 Memorandum No. 21 and COVID-19 Reporting Form.
Immediate dissemination of and strict compliance with this Memorandum is desired.
