This is to reiterate the division memorandum on the submission of LR Situation Report dated April 26, 2018. That as of May 29, 2018, only 20 schools have submitted the accomplished LR Situation Report.
The remaining 23 schools haven’t submitted yet the said report despite series of follow-ups.
