In reference to DepEd Memorandum No. 14-0719-0244 re: ICTS-USER Support Division Helpdesk Process, the field is hereby informed of the attached Escalation Procedure, USD Process on LIS-BEIS on Issues and Concerns and List of Service Requests and Requirements effective S.Y. 2019-2020.
All service requests must be submitted thru email at rnelanie.pamienta@deped.gov.ph with the complete requirements stated in Annex C of the attached DepEd Memorandum. Schools are advised to consolidate similar issues and that requests sent thru email must be one entry per school, per issue.
