To ensure that all teachers working in the Development and Quality Assurance of Junior High School Learning Modules are covered, all Junior High Schools are requested to submit an official and final list of module developers and evaluators per subject area signed and endorsed by the School Head. The endorsed list shall be included in the Corrigendum to Division Memorandum No. 92 s. 2019 re: Development and Quality Assurance of Learning Modules Schedule of Activities. Please submit scanned copy in PDF format to lrmd@depeddasma.edu.ph.
Deadline of submission is on May 31, 2019. Only schools which will be able to comply will be considered in the issuance of corrigendum.
