Relative to DepEd Memorandum re Distribution of Centrally-Procured Buffer Stocks, this Office informs schools to send a formal written request of additional learning resources due to enrolment increase, losses, and/or damaged learning resources based from the list attached below.
The request indicating the titles, quantities, and grade levels of the learning resources shall be addressed to yours truly and shall be submitted to Learning Resource Management and Development in hard copy on or before November 16, 2018.
