Adherent to DepEd Order No. 14, s. 2020 re: Guidelines on the Required Health Standards in Basic Education Schools and Offices, the Health and Nutrition Unit crafted a health checklist that will be used to monitor the schools’ compliance to the minimum health standards set by the COVID-19 Inter-Agency Task Force.
