Relative to the participation of Dasmariñas City Delegation/Cavite Cluster Delegation to the 2019 CALABARZON HEROES GAMES this coming February 11-15,2019 at Santa Rosa Sports Complex, Sta. Rosa City, Laguna, we would like to inform your good office that the In- House Training of different
sports events will start on January 14, 2019 until February 4, 2019 on designated training venues and billeting schools. Live-out training for athletes is also enjoined for other sports events. Please see attached schedule of training by events for your reference.
Furthermore, there will be a schedule of medical and dental examination of all athletes for CALABARZON Heroes Games on January 17-18, 2019, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Bulwagang Sigasig, CSDO Annex Building. January 17 is scheduled for all secondary athletes and coaches while January 18 is scheduled for all elementary, SPED, and ALS athletes and coaches.
The departure bound to Pulong Santa Cruz Elementary School, Santa Rosa City, Laguna (billeting school for Dasmariñas delegation) will be on February 6, 2019, Wednesday at 6:30 AM. The point of assembly is at Dasmariñas Integrated High School Playing Field. Dasmariñas delegation, officiating officials,
athletes and coaches, assistant coaches, and chaperons who will join the departure should be at the assembly area earlier than the scheduled time.
Schools are expected to provide all athletes with learning intervention as part of their academic program to compensate for missed lessons. Likewise, school heads concerned shall take responsibility in assigning competent teacher/s to handle affected classes in compliance with 180 days non-negotiable
teacher-pupils/students contact time.
