In preparation for the upcoming ISO 9001:2015 Surveillance Audit on March 26, 2021, implementation of Alternative Work Arrangement and the checking and appraisal of Inventory of Records of the Schools Division Office, the field is hereby informed that the Records Unit shall only accommodate on-site transactions such as receiving of records requests, releasing of documents, and receiving and processing of applications for GSIS Financial Assistance Loan (GFAL) and Computer Loan from 8:00 am until 12:00 noon effective March 23, 2021 to April 4, 2021 or during the General Community Quarantine (GCQ) period.
