In connection to the Special Orders distributed to all public elementary and secondary school heads and assistant principals re: Reassignment of School Heads effective February 13, 2023, this Office would like to inform the field of the Schedule of Welcome Program for School Heads and Assistant Principals from February 8-13, 2023. This schedule aims to facilitate the smooth transition and transfer of accountability in the schools of the CSDO.
All Public Schools District Supervisors, Education Program Supervisors/Parent-Supervisors, and Outgoing School Heads are requested to ensure that the schedule of the welcome programs in their respective schools/ clusters is strictly followed. They are also advised to prepare a simple yet solemn ceremony, suggested program flow of which is also attached.
Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
