Pursuant to the Regional Memorandum No. 201, s. 2016 re: School and Division Monitoring on the Observance of National Disaster Consciousness Month all public elementary and secondary schools are hereby encouraged to conduct the activities stipulated from the attached memorandum.
In consonance, this office is reminding all schools to take the necessary action and preparations related to the abovementioned activity. Relevant to this a coordination meeting of all SDRRM coordinators will be held on July 7, 2016, 1:00PM at Division Conference room.
Attached is the memorandum with enclosed activities and the schedule of Regional monitoring.
