In compliance with the DepEd thrust to accommodate all school – aged children and provide better learning environment for the opening of classes for SY: 2017- 2018, this Office hereby directs all public elementary and secondary school Heads to resubmit the school data required for the division to assess school readiness for the opening of classes by utilizing the attached standardized template which is available for downloading from the SGOD Facebook page.
The deadline of submission of soft and hard copy of the report shall be on May 19, 2017, at the School Governance and Operations Office with e-mail address sgod.dasmacity@deped.gov.ph
