This office is honored to inform the field that Dasmariñas Delegation will be participating in the forthcoming 2020 CALABARZON HEROES GAMES for regular elementary and secondary students, students with disability (SPED) and Alternative Learning System (ALS) athletes on February 6-11, 2020 in Batangas City with the theme: “CALABARZON Heroes: Making the BIG Leap in School Sports.”
Screening and evaluation of athletes and coaches/ asst. coaches/ chaperons’ documents shall be held on January 15-17, 2020 (from 8:00am-4:00pm) at the Division Screening Headquarters-Sta. Cruz Elementary School. The Division Screening and Accreditation Committee (Regular/SPED/ALS members) are advised to report on January IS, 2020 at exactly 8:00 am at Sta. Cruz Elementary School.
Medical and dental examination of athletes, coaches and officiating officials shall be held on January 20-21, 2020 at 2″6 Floor Bulwagang Sigasig, City Schools Division of Dasmarinas. Participants are required to bring new medicaV dental forms and supporting documents.
Coaches and assistant coaches are required to personally submit complete and correct documents to screening committee as requirement for their participation to 2020 CALABARZON Heroes Games. Concerned school heads shall take responsibility in assigning competent teachers to handle the affected classes of teachers involved in the said activities in compliance with 180-day non-negotiable teacher-pupils/ students contact time.
