1. As per DepEd Memorandum No. 41, s. 2016, there will be a Search for Outstanding Barkada Kontra Droga Implementers in Secondary Schools for School Year 2015 — 2016.
2. In this connection, secondary schools with an established Barkada Kontra Droga (BKD) Chapter are encouraged to join the search. Submission of the best entry for the regional search shall be on or before April 29, 2016 through the SGOD Unit.
2. The rationale, objectives and implementing guidelines for the search are provided in the enclosed copy.
3. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
