Relative to Regional Memorandum No. 07 s.2021, this Office through the Budget and Finance Unit, will conduct the Seminar-Workshop on the Preparation and Consolidation of CY202 I Year-end Financial Reports on January 13, 2021 at the Buiwagang Sigasig, City Schools Division of Dasmarinas and on January 14-15, 2021 at The Bayleaf Hotel and Resort following the health and safety protocol requirements of the venue.
The activity aims to facilitate the following:
• preparation, review and consolidation of financial reports and schedules of accounts prior to submission to its oversight agencies (DBM, COA, and Deped Regional Office);
• reconciliation of reciprocal accounts and downloaded allotment thru Sub-ARO; and
• discussion relevant issues and concerns relative to the improvement of the financial processes.
The participants to this activity are the Division Accountant, Division Budget Officer, School Accountant and School Senior Bookkeeper. Participants are advised to bring their laptop and necessary documents for consolidation.
