Anent to the Partnership Building Workshop held last June 30- July 2, 2016 at Tanza Oasis Hotel, Tanza Cavite where participants were taught how to accomplish the external and internal assessment tools (DepEd Order No.40,s.2015), kindly submit to this office the accomplished IA and EA tools on or before August 12, 2016, Friday c/o Mr. Wilson Centeno of the Social Mobilization Section under SGOD.
