This is to remind all School Heads and Adopt-a-School Program (ASP) coordinators regarding the online submission of the ASP-SPDS second quarterly report, which covers all forms of ASP support (not to include the Brigada Eskwela donations) received from April 1 to June 25, 2017.
A printed copy of the SPDS signed by the principal and district supervisor, together with the required attachments (i.e. Memorandum of Understanding/Agreement, Deed of Donation, and Deed of Acceptance), must be submitted to the Division Office SGOD Unit and Legal Unit on or before June 28, 2017.
