Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 44 s. 2015, entitled “Enhanced School Improvement Planning” (SIP), the field is hereby instructed to submit the following documents:
a. Annual Implementation Plan Accomplishment per quarter
1st Quarter – every third Monday of March
2nd Quarter – every third Monday of June
3rd Quarter – every third Monday of September
4th Quarter – every third Monday of December
b. School Improvement Plan for CY 2019-2021 (new cycle) on or before November 29, 2018
Kindly submit the requested documents in hard copy to the CID on the scheduled date.
Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
