Relative to Division Memorandum No. 006, s. 2021, re: Assessment of Learning Outcomes, this Office informs the field that the submission of the results of assessment of learning outcomes and least mastered competencies for SY 2020-2021 in elementary, junior and senior high school is on July 30, 2021 using the Electronic Quarterly Assessment Report Tool (E-QuART).
