In order to establish a complete file of consolidated elementary and secondary basic education data reports for SY 2018-2019, the field is hereby instructed to submit the following:
1. Kindergarten Data
2. Report on Existing Instructional & Non-Instructional Classrooms
3. Number of Teachers by Grade Level
4. Number of Teachers by Teaching Assignment
5. Enrollment Report
Kindly submit the requested reports in one hard copy to the Research and Planning Unit not later than June 8, 2018.
