To gather accurate data and information on the status of Basic Education Research Fund (BERF)- funded research studies, and in preparation for BERF monitoring on December 5-6, 2019, this Office directs all BERF recipients to submit the following to the Planning and Research Unit do Dr. Kathryn Medina-Carls or Mr. Ramil Villa on or before November 20, 2019 (Wednesday):
• Research Proposal Application and Endorsement of Immediate Supervisor
• Completed Research Report
• Declaration of Anti- Plagiarism and Absence of Conflict of Interest
• Memorandum of Agreement
• Free and Prior Informed Consent and Recognition and Protection of Communal Intellectual and Cultural Property Rights for ICCs and IPs
