Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 18, s. 2015 re: DepEd Guidelines and Procedures on the Management of Children-At-Risk (CAR) and Children in Conflict with the Law (CICL), all public and private schools are directed to submit the following reports to the Legal Unit of the City Schools Division of
Dasmarifias on or before February 15, 2019:
a. School-Based Report on Cases of Children-At-Risk (CAR) (SY 2018-2019)
b. School-Based Report on Cases of Children in Conflict with the Law (CICL)
(SY 2018-2019)
Attached herewith as Annex “A” and “B” are the report templates for cases of CAR and CICL respectively.
A report should still be submitted even if no cases occurred in the school for SY 2018-2019 with an indication that no such incident was reported for the given school year.
