This Office received Regional Memorandum No. 260 s. 2016 dated August 12, 2016 requiring all schools division offices of cities and provinces to submit a consolidated data on issues and cases of learners encounter concerning their physical, psychological, emotional and social aspects such as bullying, smoking, child labor, and teenage pregnancy.
In this regard, ALL SCHOOL PRINCIPALS and TEACHER-IN-CHARGE OF PUBLIC SCHOOLS are hereby required to fill in the attached form (Annex “1”) and submit the same to the Legal Unit of this Division on or before 4:00 pm of August 15, 2016. The period covered by the report shall be the current school year.
