Relative to DepEd Memorandum No. 165, the Health and Nutrition Unit is requiring all schools to submit their Nutritional Status Report.
Schools are directed to use the provided database of Body Mass Index (BMI) Software given by the Central Office. The utilization of Beam Balance/Detecto and Microtoise is highly recommended.
Deadline of submission is on February 14, 2020. Submit the report through soft copy to hnu@depeddasma.edu.ph
