In consonance with the Division Memorandum No. 05, s.2016 re: Division Roll Out on the Enhanced-School Improvement Plan (E-SIP) and Presentation of CIP Outputs, all schools are advised to submit to this office the Enhanced School Improvement Plan (E-SIP) of each school and the Status of CIP following the attached format on or before September 30, 2016 to the respective Public Schools District Supervisors (PSDS).
