This office hereby announces the conduct of the Fourth Periodical Examination which is scheduled on March 15-16, 2018 (Grade 6 & 12) and March 19-20, 2018 (Grades 1-5 & 7-11).
In conformity with this, all test questionnaire per grade level (sorted per learning area) are expected to be in this office on or before March 05, 2018. Test items should be checked and signed by the principal and PSDS In-charge before submitting to this Office.
