The City Government of Dasmariñas, through this Division Office, is requesting for the list of unvaccinated pupils aged 5 to 11 years old who have consented intent to receive the COVID- 19 vaccine in the schedule to be issued anytime after the release of this Memorandum.
With this, all concerned public school heads are expected to implement strategies that will encourage an increased percentage of vaccinated pupils in their respective schools.
The template for the submission of list is sent through the Local School Board Group Chat which the schools have to accomplish and to send through hnu@depeddasma.edu.ph on or before June 17, 2022.
