In compliance with the required submission of report to Bureau of Education Assessment (BEA) during the conduct of the NATIONAL CONFERENCE ON THE STANDARDIZED TEST ADMINISTRATION AND EVALUATION OF DOCUMENTS FOR REGIONS IV-A, IV-B & NCR on October 7, 2016, the field is hereby required to furnish this Division with a List of PEPT Registrants including their birthdates and the last grade level completed.
The list of qualified PEPT applicants to take the grade level placement achievement shall be submitted in hard and soft copies on or before Friday, September 30, 2016 to Dr. Letty T. Lopez, SGOD at email address letty.yuri@yahoo.com to quantify the actual total number of test takers in the division. It shall serve as basis of BEA to determine the breakdown of estimated funding requirements for the test administration.
Furthermore, all School Testing Coordinators shall be in – charge of the evaluation of documents and shall ensure that a documentary requirement of each registrant is complete.
