The Provincial Government of Cavite thru the Provincial Council for the Protection of Children will be celebrating the Provincial Children’s Month on November 2018. One of the highlights of the activity is the delivery of the State of the Children’s Address in which our Provincial Governor, HON. JESUS CRISPIN C. REMULLA will report the 2017 up to June 2018 program accomplishments for children.
