Relative to the conduct of Graduation and Moving —Up Exercises for SY 2018 – 2019, this office hereby informs all public elementary and secondary school heads to submit Purchase Request (PR) of Medals to be awarded to the learners with High Honors, Higher Honors, Highest Honors and Recognition in various Academic and Co – Curricular Activities specifying the quantity of requested Gold, Silver and Bronze Medals including the number of needed diploma jackets.
Submission of printed PR shall be on January 30, 2019 through the School Governance and Operations Division (SGOD).
