This Office received Regional Memorandum No. 114 s. 2017 dated June 30, 2017 requiring the submission of the following:
i. Accomplished Report on Incidents of Bullying
ii. Accomplished Report on Incidents of Child Abuse
iii. Accomplished Report on Cases Involving CAR and CICL in Schools
iv. A copy of the School-Based Child Protection Policy and Anti-Bullying Policy certifying their adoption and localization of DO 40, s. 2012; and
v. Report on the Status of their Established Child Protection Committee
Considering that the Legal Unit of this Division has already submitted its consolidated report on incidents of bullying and child abuse for SY 2016-2017 as early as June 22, 2017 with the Regional Office as per Division Memorandum dated April 19, 2017 which was also based on your submitted reports, the field is hereby required to comply only with the remaining reports required under the said regional memorandum, to wit:…
