1. In line with DepEd Order No. 44, s. 2016, all Leader Schools and Partner Schools under the School-to School Partnership Program are required to submit their compiled reportorial requirements on January 16, 2017. Kindly submit a hard copy to the SGOD Office, CSDO; and a soft copy through the SGOD Facebook account.
2. The following reports must present the following data (Please see attachments for Templates):
a. Best Practices in Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment (Annex A)
b. Best Practices on Leadership and Governance (Annex B) if any
c. Best Practices in Disaster Risk Reduction (Annex C) if any
d. School-to-School Partnership Agreement (Annex 6)
e. Report on Fund Utilization and Liquidation (Annex 10)
3. Immediate dissemination of this memorandum is desired.
