In line with the crafting of Schools Improvement Plan (SIP), this Division hereby directs all schools to submit the School Dashboard for three (3) consecutive years: School Year 2015-2016, SY 2016-2017, SY 2017-2018 respectively. Please take note that the repetition rate and drop out rate shall be taken from E-BEIS.
Please do not fill in the box for the mapped learners as mapping is yet to be conducted. To compute for the retention rate, excel file with formula will be sent to each school email address. For the Achievement rate, the average result of quarterly assessment for whole school year shall be computed.
