This Office hereby announces the conduct of the Second Quarterly Test which is scheduled on October 18 to 19, 2018.
In conformity with this, all test questionnaires per grade level are expected to be in this Office on or before October 8, 2018. Test items should be properly checked and signed by the Principal and Public Schools District Supervisors (PSDS) before submitting to this Office for further evaluation of the Education Program Supervisors (EPS).
Further, funds for printing of the test papers shall be charged from school MOOE. Likewise, schools are allowed to choose their own printing press however posting to PhilGEPS is a requirement to choose the lowest bidder.
To guarantee that concerns pertaining to administration of quarterly examinations are properly addressed, this office reiterates to use the Adapted Cognitive Process Dimensions (Remembering, Understanding, Applying, Analyzing, Evaluating, and Creating) as per DepEd Order No. 8, s. 2015 in constructing the table of specifications as shown below.
