The field is hereby informed to submit the Schedule of Seminars / Trainings and Activities on or before July 4, 2016. This is to prepare the Calendar of Activities for School Year 2016- 2017 so as to minimize the overlapping of activities for the said curriculum year.
In the event that the higher office (Regional and National) will conduct seminars or activities that will affect the set schedule in the division / school, the higher office activities shall be prioritized and affected division / school events will be rescheduled depending on the availability of slots.
The soft and hardcopy of Schedule of Seminars / Trainings and Activities must be submitted by department following the template attached to this Memorandum to Ms. Vanessa R. Barcarse at the Schools Governance and Operations Division.
Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is earnestly desired.
