Relative to Paragraphs 3 and 4 of DepEd Memorandum No.075, s.2022 Re: Moratorium on the Conduct of Division and Regional School-Based Management (SBM) Validation Activities, this Office reiterates that a practice-based provision of technical assistance shall be observed for the school’s identified areas for improvement in the dimensions of school operations.
In line with this, School Heads are expected to submit a signed technical assistance recovery plan reviewed by their respective Public Schools District Supervisors on or before September 16, 2022 to the School Governance and Operations Division for consolidation.
Attached in this Memorandum is the template to be accomplished to capture the bottlenecks, lags, issues and concerns for the six dimensions.
