Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 42, s. 2017 also known as “National Adoption and Implementation of the Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers” and as a scaffold to strengthen the implementation of PPST-Based RPMS, this office hereby reminds the submission of Annual Supervisory Plan of the school and Monthly Supervisory Plan of School Heads, Head Teachers and Master Teachers for SY 2019-2020.
Relative hereto, all schools are directed to submit the Annual Supervisory Plan not later than June 21, 2019 and the Monthly Supervisory Plan every 25th day of the preceding month (e.g. Monthly Supervisory Plan for July 2019 – should be submitted on or before June 25) using the attached template.
Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
