Pursuant to DepEd Memorandum dated March 4, 2019, all Public School Principals and Heads are requested to submit the inventory of usable K to 12 Learning Resources (LRs) using the Learners’ Resources Situation Report template provided by the DepEd Central Office. Excel format of this template can be downloaded from this link: http://bit.ly/DasmaLRSituationReport20l9.
Accomplished templates must be submitted to lrmd@depeddasma.edu.ph with the subject, “School Name_LR Situation Report” and copy furnish LR supervisor thru leylanie.adao@deped.gov.ph. Deadline of submission is on April 22, 2019.
