In connection to the Undistributed Accounts of mandatory GSIS premiums of Deped teaching and non-teaching personnel due to the Un-updated Member’s Service Profile (MSP) in GSIS records (i.e., salary adjustment, promotion, transfer or retired and separated employees), the field is hereby instructed to submit the complete and updated Service Records of all elementary and secondary
teaching and non- teaching personnel in excel format to hr@depeddasma.edu.ph cc: micah.ortiz@deped.gov.ph and giemar.besin@deped.gov.ph on or before August 28, 2018.
