Relative to OUA Memorandum 00-0520-0021 dated on May 12, 2020 and Regional Memorandum dated on May 18, 2020, the field is hereby informed that the Bureau of Learner Support Services (BLSS) in support of the initiatives of the Disaster Risk Reduction Management Services (DRRMS) in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, together with the Office of the Undersecretary for Legal Affairs (OULA) and the Youth Formation Division, will be conducting the on-line learning activities for Elementary and Secondary learners targeting SPG and SSG Officers.
The program advocates and ensures that children have equal opportunities on protection, health and nutrition, education, child participation and well-being amid COVID-19 pandemic.
The program will start this 19 May 2010 and end on August 2020 where activities will be done via Zoom and Facebook Live simultaneously.
