In line with the Memorandum DM -CI – 2018-00080, all Kindergarten to Grade III teachers are required to answer the attached questionnaire to evaluate the effectiveness implementation of Mother Tongue Based- Multilingual Education (MTB- MLE) as medium of instruction.
Kindly submit the accomplished school consolidated data on or before April 10, 2018 to: cid.dasmacity@deped.gov.ph.
