Relative to the Unnumbered Memorandum dated May 29, 2020 from the Office of the Undersecretary of BHROD-HRDD DM-PHRODFO-2020-00180 titled Additional Instructions on Teacher Hiring in view of the COVID -19 Situation, this is to inform the field that the conduct of the English Proficiency Test (EPT) is postponed until further notice. Henceforth, the teacher-applicants who have already met the cut-off score in spite of the absence of the EPT score shall be included in the Registry of Qualified Applicants (RQA).
